 I was referred to Tania because arthritis in both my back and shoulders had caused significant muscle weakness and  loss of balance to the extent that I had lost confidence in myself  and was using a walking stick . Tania devised an exercise programme for me  that has started at a very basic level and has  increased in intensity as the weeks went by and I got stronger . Tania has been extremely   encouraging at all times ,cheerful and engaging yet respectful of those times when my body was not so able. She sets high standards for both of us , is always extremely well prepared  and punctual but is also able to modify the individual exercise programme she has written for me  when necessary. Tania is thoroughly  professional in all that she does and I have seen really positive benefits since working with her
