​​This challenge is designed to help you break free from unhealthy nutrition habits and set the foundation for a fitter, more vibrant you!
You are encouraged to commit to 30 minutes of daily exercise, with a variety of aquatic workouts, gym routines, and at-home bodyweight exercises—no equipment or gym membership required! Stretching and mobility routines are included to keep you feeling strong and flexible.
You’ll also get delicious recipes and meal-planning tools to make healthy eating easy and enjoyable!
